If you’re looking for a super simple yet tasty & fun Halloween dessert, and are on a time crunch, this recipe is for you! It's easy, it's quick, and it doesn't require any fancy techniques or tools.

This super simple Ghost Bark recipe is the perfect dessert to make for your next Halloween party! No party? Don’t worry, I just enjoy eating this during our annual Halloween movies marathon. It adds to the spooky, cozy vibe.

During spooky season we often just want the cute desserts that don’t require too much work. Give my recipe a try, it’s so easy & tasty, and best of all, you won’t have to spend all day in the kitchen & will have more time to enjoy the festivities!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300g of milk or dark chocolate (I added some Feastables milk crunch chocolate)

  • 100g of white chocolate (better to have extra than not enough)

  • Optional: sprinkles

STEPS:

  1. Melt your broken up milk or dark chocolate bar in a microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals, each time giving it a quick stir.

  2. Spoon it onto a lined baking tray and spread into a rectangle. (I lined mine with a silicon baking mat).

  3. Melt the white chocolate using the same strategy as above. (I did the next part using a teaspoon, hence some of my questionably shaped ghosts ;) it would probably work better with a piping bag.) Add little oval shaped dollops of white chocolate on top of the milk/dark chocolate rectangle.

  4. Use a toothpick to give the white chocolate dollops little ghost tails, and to make the eyes and mouth using the dark/milk chocolate, then sprinkle any sprinkles you’d like and place in the fridge until it sets- roughly an hour at least.

  5. Break it apart and enjoy! Bon appétit!
