Give my recipe a try!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower

  • Sesame seeds

Sauce:

  • 3 big cloves of garlic or 6 small ones, pressed

  • 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger

  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon of sriracha

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon of water

  • Salt & pepper to taste

STEPS:

  1. Carefully wash the cauliflower. Cut it in florets. You can dry the florets using a kitchen towel.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients (garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, sriracha, water and salt & pepper).

  3. Pour the delicious sauce on the cauliflower and toss well to coat. Mix until well coated.

  4. Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F (188 C).

  5. Once ready, add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in one layer. You will likely need to do 2 batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Set the timer for 12 minutes. You can add 1-2 minutes if you’d like it more crispy.

  6. Let them cool & enjoy! Bon appétit!
