This is an amazing recipe for delicious, ooey gooey, soft S’mores Cookies! This cookie recipe is the only one you need as everyone will love them.
These are so easy to make, and oh so tasty! My son loves s’mores but I didn’t feel like getting the fire pit going, so I made these and they were a huge hit, actually everybody in the house loved them!
These S’mores Cookies let you enjoy the flavour of s’mores any time of the year! The graham crackers are so moist and buttery, and that toasted marshmallow topped with chocolate that starts melting right before your eyes will have everyone asking for s’more! Give my recipe a try, you’ll fall in love!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of finely crush graham cracker crumbs (I used 12 graham crackers)
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted
6 regular sized marshmallows, cut in half
12 pieces of chocolate
STEPS:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
Grease a 12 muffin pan or use a silicone baking pan and you won’t need any greasing!
Scoop the mixture into the cups. Press the crumbs into the bottom of each cup.
Bake the graham cracker crusts at 350F for 4 minutes until they’re golden brown.
Cut each marshmallow in half to make 12 round marshmallows halves. Place one marshmallow in each graham cracker cup, it’s best to place the cut side of the marshmallow facing down.
Set the oven to broil. Place the pan of s'mores in the oven under the broiler and broil for 1 minute, just until the marshmallows are soft and beginning to look toasted. I like to get mine a bit more brown so I leave them on broil for 2 minutes, just beware that they can burn fast, so make sure you’re watching them closely.
Place one piece of chocolate on each marshmallow. I like to watch the chocolate melt right before my eyes as I gently push them into the hot marshmallows.
Let your s'mores cool for 10 minutes before eating them. This may be the most challenging step of the recipe!
Enjoy! Bon appétit!
