No-Bake, Easy Easter Dirt Cake

This easy, no-bake Easter dirt cake is a super fun to make, tasty treat! You can really make it for any occasion, just switch up the decorative toppings.

It has a deliciously creamy centre packed with that tasty Oreo flavour. Kids (and adults) will love to help you decorate and eat it!

This super easy Easter dirt cake only takes about 15 minutes to make. It’s very tempting to eat it right away but it does need to chill and set in the fridge, so be patient! If you like PEEPS and Oreos, you’ll love this Easter cake. I know PEEPS aren’t for everyone, so feel free to use mini eggs, Cadbury egg pieces or whatever else you’d like! Give my recipe a try, it’ll be a big hit!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of Oreos

  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese (at room temperature)

  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

  • 1 container of Cool Whip

  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 3 cups of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Easter candy: PEEP bunnies, candy Easter eggs, whatever else you’d like

STEPS:

  1. Crush 2/3 of the Oreos and place it in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Set it aside.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and butter until the texture is smooth.

  3. In the same bowl, mix in the powdered sugar and fold in the cool whip. Set it aside.

  4. In a medium sized bowl mix the pudding powder, milk, and vanilla. Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture.

  5. Pour all this creamy mixture over the Oreo crumb mixture.

  6. Sprinkle the rest of the crushed Oreos over the entire cake. Refrigerate for a few hours, and until you’re ready to enjoy it.

  7. Right before serving, top it with your favourite Easter candy (bunny Peeps, candy Easter Eggs, etc).

  8. Bon appétit! Enjoy!
