Super Healthy 3 Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies

You have to try these Super Healthy 3 Ingredients Oatmeal Cookies!

These 3 Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies are simply delicious! They’re made with quick oats, bananas, and a a mix-in of your choice! I often just add a dash of cinnamon. My kids want chocolate chips in theirs. They taste great with medjool dates too. They are quick to make, about 15 minutes from start to finish! I needed a healthy, cholesterol friendly alternative, and these naturally gluten-free and vegan cookies are just perfect! My whole family loves them!

They make the perfect breakfast or healthy snack throughout the day. They’re filled with healthy carbs, and  grains. The other great thing about these healthy breakfast cookies is how fast they come together. They only have three ingredients (actually even just 2 work!)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 medium bananas

  • 2 cups of oatmeal (I use quick oats)

  • 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips or any mix-in of your choice (cinnamon, almonds, dates, raisins, dried cranberries, etc.)

STEPS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silicon mat. You could just coat the baking sheet with some cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, until they are smooth like purée.

  3. Add in the oats and stir until all of the oats and bananas are mixed together. It should look like a thick cookie batter.

  4. Add in your mix-in. Stir.

  5. Scoop the batter with a tablespoon and roll into a ball with your hands. Place the ball on the baking sheet and continue this step until all your batter is used.

  6. Flatten the balls with your fingers.

  7. Bake for 13 minutes, they should be lightly golden.

  8. Bon appétit!
